"'Re-Animated Dead Flesh' by Mortician"
by

From the haunted depths of gore rises the infamous Mortician. Their 2005 opus of brutal gore ecstasy, "Re-Animated Dead Flesh" [Mortician Records/Crash Music Inc.], is a crushing must for fans of this harsh act. Mortician is raw intensity unleashed in an arterial gush of warm, red bliss.

Mortician has a massive, concussive style that explodes inside of your head. With a raw, dense ferocity, they turn rumble into infectious thunder. Low growls, caustic rhythms, and abrasive guitar combine into an acidic, grinding wonder.

Horror movie samples and lyrics add to the bleak cemetery ambience. This could've been the soundtrack for George A. Romero's "Land Of The Dead." That would've been REAL Horror....

The best of these roaring beasts includes "Skinned," "Re-Animated Dead Flesh," the bludgeoning "Return To The Grave," and "Werewolves Curse." There are 22 tracks total, but some are extremely short. Mortician is only for the most hardcore Goregrind freaks.

Overall, Mortician is a Goregrind Metal standard in aggression. This is sheer brutality. Stay savage. Farewell.
